Ronnie's Place was my dad Ronnie Collins' pride and joy. He loved these mountains more than just about anything. Now we get to share it with people who want to ride the trails hard, gather their crew, and make some great memories.
This is a big, private home on 5 acres — perfect for groups who want space to spread out. Whether you're here for the Hatfield McCoy Trails or just need a big place to relax with your people, we've got you covered.

Comfortably sleeps 12 • Can accommodate up to 19 with additional fees for larger groups.
Big open living room with three full-sized sofas (one is a queen pull-out), a love seat, games, cards, and a dedicated workspace with a desk, printer, and screen. Perfect for planning tomorrow's ride or just hanging out after a long day on the trails.
Fully stocked and ready for big meals after a day of riding:
This place was built with trail riders in mind. Huge driveway that easily fits multiple trucks with long trailers. Carport and garage for covered storage. Multiple porches and decks, a fire pit, and even a pond (with some restrictions).
Sitting on 5 acres just off Coal Heritage Road (Hwy 52). Feels private and secluded, but you're close to everything you need.

“Our group loved this house, it has a lot to offer. Plenty of space for a large group, lots of parking and close to the trails and town. The garage and car port were great additions to keep the machines dry overnight. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This house is in a great location with access to Hatfield and McCoy trails as well as outlaw trails. There is plenty of parking for multiple trucks and trailers, and the garage space is great for parking and gives you an outdoor space for hanging out in the event of rain. The living room is very spacious and the house has ample linens.”

“This place was perfect for our group of guys riding dirt bikes on the Hatfield McCoy trail system. We had 6 guys and everyone had room to spread out. Parking was plentiful for 4 trucks and a trailer and the garage worked great for storing the dirt bikes. Having wood for the outdoor firepit was a nice feature. Secluded yet close to town. We hope to return to this area and would rent this place again.”
